Manav Segal, MD is a Philadelphia allergist and immunologist who treats asthma and allergies in children and adults at his Wyndmoor and Center City Philadelphia offices.

He is the first allergist in private practice in Pennsylvania to offer oral immunotherapy and Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT) in order to successfully treat food allergies, including those to milk, egg, peanut, and tree nuts. He was one of the first doctors in the region to introduce allergy cluster immunotherapy to treat seasonal allergies, which provides a faster-track to well-being.
Board certified by the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American Board of Internal medicine, Dr. Segal is on staff at Chestnut Hill Hospital, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and Methodist Hospital.
Dr. Segal completed medical school training at the University of Texas at San Antonio and his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. His fellowship was at Creighton University Hospital (Omaha, Nebraska) in pediatric and adult Allergy/Immunology.
